In the Office of Student Financial Services, Financial Aid, the primary responsibility of the Assistant Director of Technology is to supports the operational management and continuous improvement of financial aid systems within Student Financial Services at Georgia State University. This role focuses on ensuring effective system functionality, supporting financial aid processing, and enhancing business operations through technology. The Assistant Director supervises a Senior Financial Aid Counselor and Business Systems Analyst, providing day-to-day leadership, prioritization, and oversight of system-related tasks and initiatives.
