The Program Manager in the Office of Financial Aid is responsible for coordinating and administering state and institutional scholarship programs, including HOPE and Zell Miller Scholarships. This position supports the end-to-end scholarship process, including eligibility review, awarding, compliance monitoring, student communication, and collaboration with campus partners. The Program Manager works closely with financial aid staff and other departments to ensure accurate and timely awarding of funds while supporting student access and success.
1-2 years of experience in Higher Education, Office Scholarship, and Financial Aid
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
