Program Manager - Scholarships Processing: The Financial Aid Program Manager leads the coordination, review, posting, and determination of undergraduate student outside scholarships and grants, ensuring compliance with institutional, federal, and donor guidelines. This position administers outside scholarship awards for students who may also be financial aid recipients and ensures timely and accurate posting of funds to student accounts.

The Program Manager serves as a primary point of contact for outside scholarship donors, external entities, and campus partners, and regularly responds to student email inquiries regarding outside scholarships and financial aid impacts. The role interacts frequently with faculty, staff, current and prospective students, and external partners, and advises and counsels stakeholders on outside scholarship processes, policies, and procedures.

Program Manager - Verification: Manage the technical and functional tasks required to ensure the Office of Student Financial Aid (OSFA) complies with federal verification and student eligibility requirements, including the annual review of all aid applicants selected for verification. Provide training to staff on changes to verification regulations, processes, and procedures to ensure understanding and ongoing compliance.

Oversee the development, management, and maintenance of verification-related forms and web content and continuously monitor the effectiveness of verification workflows. Collaborate annually with the leadership team to assess institutional verification selection policies and manage required updates to Campus Logic in partnership with the technology team.

Responsibilities

Job Duty 1 - 
Establish goals, objectives, and evaluation criteria for programs; evaluate program effectiveness on an ongoing basis

Manage day-to-day operational aspects of programs, including planning scheduling, and monitoring activities; Assist with developing and formalizing program scope; assign resources and set deadlines

Job Duty 3 - 
Recommend, update, and support programmatic policies and procedures

Job Duty 4 - 
Develop and maintain effective relationships with program sponsors, stakeholders, teams, and others to assess needs and existing program methodology

Job Duty 5 - 
Research and identify funding and resources to support programs; Track timelines and budgets, report status, and resolve or escalate issues as necessary

Job Duty 6 - 
May assist with developing and distributing publications, resources, and program or marketing materials

Job Duty 7 - 
Participate in strategic and operational planning for programs

Job Duty 8 - 
Perform other job-related duties assigned

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Vocational School Diploma

Required Experience
Up to two years of job-related experience

Preferred Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in Higher Education, Office Scholarship, and Financial Aid

Preferred Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Salary: $55,029 - $62,000 will be commensurate with qualifications
