Student Financial Aid Program Manager

Summary of Position: Manage the technical and functional tasks required to ensure that OSFA complies with verification and Federal student eligibility requirements, including but not limited to the review of every aid applicant subject to them on an annual basis. Provide staff training on changes to verification processes and procedures to ensure understanding of and compliance with applicable regulations. Oversee the management of and updates to forms and web content related to verification. Continuously monitor the effectiveness of verification and CCODE processes.  Annually, work with the leadership team to assess institutional verification selection policy and manage the annual updates of related components of Campus Logic with the technology team.
