Reinhardt University is currently accepting applications for a Financial Aid Counselor for the Financial Aid Office.
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for counseling current and prospective students in maximizing their potential financial aid.

Primary Responsibilities/Essential Job Functions:
The primary responsibility of a Financial Aid Counselor is to counsel and assist students and parents in optimizing their potential financial aid package. Along with counseling, the candidate is responsible for maintaining student’s aid packages, communications, and federal, state, and institutional compliance regulations.

The Financial Aid Counselor is an integral component to the success of a student’s college career. Therefore, attendance for this position is generally required at 37.5 hours per week, during normal business hours in person, usually 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. As required by seasonal workload, this position may occasionally work overtime.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements of the Job:
This position is an in person office environment. The candidate must have the ability to walk between buildings on campus, occasionally lift up to twenty pounds, and be able to work sitting down for long periods of time.
